dog_smile1If you don’t already own a dog, you should consider getting one.  For those who have one you are already aware of the benefits of having a dog in your life.

It is so exciting bringing your new family member home.  Whether you have adopted an older animal or purchased a puppy, it does not matter, both will show you unconditional love.  Besides unconditional love there are plenty of other benefits of having a dog at home the most important being the benefits to ones own health.

Health is probably one of the most talked about topics these days.   A dog will help reduce stress in your life and overcome feelings of isolation if you live on your own.   If you’ve had a horrible day once you get home and open the door your four-legged friend will be there to greet you and all of a sudden your day wasn’t so bad and all your stress just seems to melt away.

Dogs also make wonderful companions.  The first step is to decide which breed matches your personality.  Remember, your new friend is going to be part of the family for many years bringing you love, friendship, and companionship.  Do your research before deciding which breed is best for you and your situation.

Owning a dog is a life long commitment.  Your dog is a living creature that requires your care in order to have a health and long life.  The decision shouldn’t be entered into lightly, but once it has it is as rewarding an experience as you will ever have in your lifetime.

Pet Strollers: Are they a luxury or necessity?

monogram-pet-jogger-3-wheeledIs a pet stroller a luxury or a necessity?  Some people say that a pet stroller is a waste of money while other people say it’s the best investment they ever made. Speaking from personal experience it’s the best investment I ever made.  I no longer have to feel guilty about leaving my precious cat home alone when I go to the mall or the park. I simply rollout her pet stroller, she hops in and away we go.

The stroller is a safe and convenient way for me and my cat to share time together away from home without the worries of her getting lost or being afraid in an unfamiliar environment.  She loves the attention from strangers and since pet strollers are not a common everyday sight it’s a great conversation starter.

I would love to hear from other pet owners on what your thoughts are.

Three wheeled or four wheeled strollers for heavier pets. These strollers typically have larger wheels and the front wheels have shock absorbers to make the ride smoother. The basket is spacious making for easy of movement and they include lots of storage space for water and treats. They are easy to clean and maintain as well and fold for ease of storage. Some of our carriages have a conventional carriage look while others have a more elegant look.
